Ireland as a Common Law Jurisdiction for international legal finance. Address by the Chief Justice of Ireland, the Hon Mr Justice Frank Clarke At FCSDublin 2018, The Chief Justice highlighted the options for using Ireland as a Common Law Jurisdiction for international legal finance along with other jurisdictions after Brexit. These included new developments, in relation to the ISDA Master Agreement for Irish courts; options for using Irish courts in the Resolution/Administration area; The Cape Town Convention, and Arbitration and dispute resolution & Irish courts.
