At FCSDublin 2018, The Chief Justice highlighted the options for using Ireland as a Common Law Jurisdiction for international legal finance along with other jurisdictions after Brexit. These included new developments, in relation to the ISDA Master Agreement for Irish courts; options for using Irish courts in the Resolution/Administration area; The Cape Town Convention, and Arbitration and dispute resolution & Irish courts.
