The delivery of social housing by approved housing bodies is an increasingly important element in the delivery of social housing in Ireland. In this deal, a collaboration between Circle Voluntary Housing Association and Dublin City Council, backed by a €20m full life-cycle funding facility providing both development and long term investment financing, will deliver new ‘A’ rated energy social housing in an area of Dublin city undergoing significant regeneration.

The winner of the Loans & Financing: Housing Finance – Social Housing Deal of the Year involves development finance and long term investment finance of €20m for a new social housing development of 47 apartments at Railway Street, Dublin 1.
