The deal gives Demesne, which continues to operate as an independent company within the larger group, the financial backing to move the business to the next stage of growth.

The winner of the Mergers & Acquisitions SME, Inward Acquisition Deal of the Year is OEM International’s acquisition of Demesne Electrical Sales Limited. The deal sees OEM International, a Swedish publicly-listed technology distributor and trader with operations across 15 countries, move into the Irish market by acquiring Ireland’s leading independent importer and distributor of electrical control, switchgear, energy saving & installation products, Demesne Electrical Sales Limited.....
