Only the second ABS by Airborne Capital, MAST 2022-1 offered one tranche of notes, all of which were privately placed. They were secured on a relatively young portfolio of 15 narrowbody aircraft with a weighted average age of 6.0 years and an average remaining lease term of approximately 6.4 years on lease to 10 different lessees based in nine different countries. The notes were rated A-, with an initial LTV of 61.1 per cent.
