Angela is a tax specialist who trained and worked at Big 4 firms and also spent time with Linklaters. She has worked with financial sector clients for over ten years, specialising both in front-office and back-office. Her clients in the past have included Lloyds TSB plc, The Prudential, Old Mutual plc, Standard Chartered, Northern Rock and the Nationwide Building Society. She has also advised clients on mergers and acquisitions on the tax implications of structured products. Angela has worked with a number of international clients and therefore has a high-level grasp of transfer-pricing issues. She is one of BDO Stoy Hayward's IFRS tax champions, and advises our clients on the tax implications of IFRS.
