Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Limited commenced operations in Dublin in April 2003, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oasis Crescent (UK) Limited. The broader Oasis Group is a wealth management company with a global reach.

From the operations in Dublin, Oasis has established and manages a range of UCITS funds. The UCITS funds are dedicated along two lines, a conventional range and a Shari'ah compliant range. The funds are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and are authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
