LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited commenced operations in May 2001 and is authorised by the Financial Regulator under the Investment Intermediary Act 1995 to act as administrator of collective investment schemes. As manager/administrator, the Company has general charge of the administration of each fund including:
- Calculation of net asset value
- Accounts preparation
- Cash management
- Transfer agency
- Maintenance of books and records
- Compliance with all regulaory and reporting requirements
LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited was set-up to compliment the fund services already provided within the LGT Group. The Company's main focus is the administration of alternative asset funds and the provision of assistance with product structuring in a rapidly expanding and highly regulated environment.
