LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Limited was established on 28th January 2005 and authorised on 1st November 2007 by the Central Bank of Ireland under Regulation 11 of the European Communities (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007 (the 'MiFID Regulations') to provide portfolio management services. The aim of the company is to provide discretionary investment management services for alternative investment fund-of-funds.
