Following the acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive, French bank Societe General's automotive leasing division, in 2023 the combined company was renamed Ayvens, with the Irish company rebranded Ayvens Ireland. LeasePlan was acquired by ALD Automotive, French bank Societie General's automotive leasing division. The combined firm is majority owned by Societe Generale with funds managed by TDR Capital holding a significant minority stake.
Ayvens has more than 14,500 employees across 42 countries and 3.4 million vehicles in its global fleet.
