J.P. Morgan Dublin plc was formerly known as J.P. Morgan Bank Dublin plc (originally Bear Stearns Bank plc). Its ultimate parent is JPMorgan Chase & Co. The company manages a portfolio of debt securities, intermediates the distribution of bonds from the US broker-dealer underwriting entity, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, to investor clients withing the Euorpean Economic Area and lends its excess cash balances to the JP Morgan Group.
