IBM International Treasury Services Unlimited Company

IBM International Treasury Services Company (ITSC) provides a range of treasury management services to IBM subsidiaries around the world and currently has assets under management in excess of US$9bn. The company accepts cash deposits from and extends loans to IBM subsidiaries on a daily basis for same day value.

ITSC is also involved in the netting of foreign currency payments to IBM's suppliers across Europe, provides currency cover for IBM subsidiaries and manages the funding, interest rate and currency risk associated with IBMs European leasing activities.
