Hewlett-Packard Financial Services is the leasing and lifecycle asset management services subsidiary of the Hewlett-Packard Company, offering a full range of financial services solutions. Formed as a result of the merger between HP and Compaq, HP Financial Services ranks among the largest IT financial services organisations in the world. Its European operations are centralised in Ireland.
Hewlett-Packard Financial Services Company DAC (established in 1997) undertakes intercompany lending and Hewlett-Packard Europe Finance DAC (established in 1995) provides intercompany financing to affiliate companies.
Hewlett-Packard International Bank DAC (HPIB is a fully licensed bank and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. It was incorporated in 1998 and is a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard International Bank Holding Limited. The primary activity of the HPIB is the provision of leases and loan facilities, rentals and asset management capabilities to clients to finance the acquisition of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) or third party products. It also provides back office facilities for other HPE entities.
