The Fidelity Institutional Liquidity Fund plc (ILF) is an open-ended investment company organised in the form of an umbrella fund, providing a range of Institutional Money Market Funds that invest in a diversified range of short term instruments. Each fund's portfolio is invested in a diversified range of short term instruments with the aim of maintaining capital value, liquidity, and delivering a competitive performance.
The ILF is an Irish domiciled fund authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as an authorised UCITS under the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011. The ILFs are short-term LVNAV money market funds and offered in three currency funds, The Sterling Fund, The Euro Fund and The United States Dollar Fund.
