On May 1st, 2011 Credit Suisse completed a transaction to acquire ABN AMRO's Prime Fund Solutions (PFS) business. As part of the transaction Credit Suisse Administration Services (Ireland) Limited acquired certains assets and liabilities of the PFS business. The acquisition has allowed Credit Suisse to expand the services offered to the alternative investment community. Since 1969, PFS has pioneered the provision of fund services to the alternative asset management industry.
