SS&C Life and Pensions, formerly Capita Life & Pensions Services (Ireland) Ltd, provides full end to end administration services to cross border and domestic life assurance and pension companies. It took over responsibility for the administration of the cross border life business for Prudential International and St. James Place Capital in December 2003. Prior to the acquisition of the business by US funds company SS&C it was a subsidiary of Capita Plc.

SS&CLife & Pensions specialises in providing financial, actuarial, underwriting, programme management, IT and administration services to companies wishing to run cross-border life assurance activities out of Ireland. It has the capability to manage both domestic and cross-border open and closed books of business.
