In December 2018 BAMLI DAC completed a cross-border merger with BAMLI Ltd., forming Bank of America Europe DAC and operating as the principal EU bank entity for Bank of America in the EU with branches in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
