Azimut Life DAC
Azimut Life, formerly AZ Life, is an insurance company authorised to carry out its activity in the life assurance business. It is part of Azimut, a leading Italian independent asset manager which has been active since 1989 and has been listed on the Italian stock exchange since 2004. In 2021 it established Azimut Investments Ireland (renamed Nova Investments in 2024), a fund management company which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS and AIF manager. The company has a signed a distribution agreement with Unicredit who will distribute the products in Italy. The Irish partnership between Azimut and Unicredit is part of Unicredit's aims to strengthen and develop its asset management business following the sale of its asset manager Pioneer to Amundi.
