Gresham House Asset Management Ireland Ltd, formerly known as Appian Asset Management Limited, (Gresham House Ireland), was incorporated in 2002. Gresham House Ireland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gresham House plc, which is an asset manager specialising in Alternatives. Gresham House Ireland manages a number of funds which invest globally to grow and protect client’s assets. The funds invest in a range of investments including equities, bonds, property and cash.

Gresham House Ireland holds the following authorisations from the Central Bank of Ireland Gresham House Ireland is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) authorised by the Central Bank under the European Union (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) Regulations 2013.
