Allianz Re Dublin dac (AZRe) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz SE. AZRe provides reinsurance services to members of the Allianz Group.
Allianz SE Dublin Reinsurance Branch has underwriting teams with extensive international reinsurance experience.
In property & casualty, the team develops reinsurance solutions for cedants in personal lines, commercial and industrial lines as well as specialty businesses in some of the largest insurance markets. In life & health business, the main focus is on the reinsurance and management of financial guarantees (variable annuities).
The team in Dublin also provides services in the field of reinsurance run-off administration and hosts the security vetting team (SVT) of the Allianz Group. The SVT is responsible for the assessment of the Allianz Group’s reinsurer counterparty credit risk.
