Private Equity

Abbey looks to play a supporting role in helping to grow businesses and develop property. We continue to invest in established, profitable businesses, whether through growth equity, MBOs or share sales. We also work with experienced developers to build the next generation of residential and commercial property, or to add value to existing stock.

Leasing

Abbey has been leasing assets since its inception. We now have a leasing portfolio of €100m+, with assets financed across the EU, UK and USA, ranging from electric commercial vehicles to manufacturing equipment. Our current area of focus is the financing of quality, long-life commercial or industrial assets (€0.25m - €3.0m) for businesses across Ireland.

Abbey International Finance has been in business for 32 years, it has asset under management of €300m, net assets of €200m and has, to date, made charitable contributions of €60m.
