Career:

Kevin has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions with emphasis on domestic and cross border finance transactions and financial services; Kevin acts for a wide range of financial institutions, funds and corporates advising on asset/property finance, acquisition finance, financial/energy/developing derivative products, structured finance and lending to funds, financial regulation, film finance, invoice discounting, supply chain finance, workouts and debt restructuring.
