Special Areas:Edward is global head of Maples and Calder's Corporate group, and co-head of its Irish Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He is also and a member of the Dublin legal services Management Committee. Edward has advised companies in public and private equity and debt fundraisings, initial public offerings, and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
