Special Areas:
Vincent is a Partner and Co-Head of William Fry's Asset Management & Investment Funds Department and advises a wide variety of clients on regulatory and structural issues associated with the establishment and management of investment funds in Ireland. He has significant experience in advising both Alternative Funds and UCITS (using both traditional and alternative strategies) as well as advising on the authorisation of UCITS and alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs).

a U.K. based, sustainability focused private equity firm on its new fund structures and the establishment of its alternative fund management business in Ireland
a leading international bank on the process of transitioning their funds products to comply with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regime
a diversified equity REIT on its joint venture arrangements with an ICAV and the associated investment advisory and development management arrangements in respect of a significant property development in Dublin
a major fund manager on the launch of a risk premia UCITS fund, with portfolio construction designed to provide exposure to risk premia strategies such as fundamental, carry and momentum strategies.
Career:
Vincent is a member of the Irish Funds Events Working Group. His work has been shortlisted by the Financial Times in the Innovative Lawyers Awards.
