VIstra, formerly Canyon CTS is a service provider with offices located in Shannon, Dublin and New York. The company was established by a team of leading professionals who have been involved in providing solutions to clients for over 15 years. In 2018, the company was acquired by the Vistra Group and rebranded to Vistra in 2023.

The team has extensive combined professional experience in assisting US companies in relation to their European expansion projects with key expertise in the areas of FDI, financial services, structured finance and aviation finance. Our multi jurisdictional reach through our international Vistra network enables us to assist clients when operating globally.

We assist clients with corporate administration, accounting and financial reporting, provision of experienced local directors and project management solutions. From the initial start up phase through to the build out of an Irish platform and operation, ongoing support is provided at each stage.

We have a specific focus on and expertise in aviation with a dedicated aviation team who are experienced professionals with extensive experience in aircraft leasing and global asset finance at both a director and operational level. Currently, we are Managing Agent on 16 Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) transactions.

The management team have extensive networks and an established track record in managing local relationships working with legal and tax advisors, as well as property, banking and other support services specialists, which are utilised on a case by case basis to meet client specific needs. Strong relationships with local government agencies such as the IDA have been fostered over time by the team.
