Special Areas:

Elizabeth specialises in banking law and advises clients in structuring, negotiating, implementing and restructuring a wide range of financing transactions. She acts for financial institutions as well as corporate and individual borrowers across a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. These include acquisition, asset, property and project finance, secured and unsecured lending through bilateral, syndicated and club deals. Elizabeth also advises on loan portfolio sales, acting for the vendor as well as the purchaser.

Career:

Elizabeth joined Maples and Calder in 2012 having previously worked for a large Irish corporate law firm.
She has been ranked by Chambers Global and IFLR 1000. Clients say she is "proactive, professional, hands on, technically strong, personable, commercial, client focused, solutions driven" adding "She takes instruction and provides guidance as required. Importantly, she deals commercially with issues rather than focusing purely on the legal matter".

Chambers Global 2016 describes Elizabeth Bradley as a 'rising star', advising clients on all aspects of a wide range of financing transactions, including extensive activity in the firm's loan sale caseload. Chambers Global 2017 interviewed clients highlight Elizabeth Bradley for her "attention to detail, and her ability to think how things work from a practical perspective and understand our concerns." Bradley advised MIRELF VI Irish Investments on term loan facilities worth EUR40 million. She also assists with property and project finance, as well as secured and unsecured lending.
