Acting for German internal combustion engine manufacturer Deutz AG and their financial advisers Mazars Germany in their acquisition of Kildare-based company Kirkwell Limited trading as South Coast Diesel. Acting for leading validation solutions provider to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, Autocal Ireland Limited in their sale to world-leading validation, monitoring and calibration solutions provider, Ellab Ireland Limited. We advised Proline Hardware in its sale to the Grafton Group PLC. This deal won M&A SME Deal of the Year in the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year 2022. Acting for Airtime Technologies Limited in their sale to an Italian company and in relation to their listing on the Euronext Stock Exchange.
