Special Areas:

Azariah is an Associate Director and Head of Funds and Asset within fscom. Prior to joining fscom, she worked as a Vice President within the Regulatory Consulting team at Kroll, where she spent 3.5 years. With over 8 years' of regulatory consulting experience, Azariah advises a variety of clients, from asset and investment fund managers, venture capital and corporate finance boutiques, to crowdfunding platforms, peer-to-peer lenders, consumer credit businesses and investment intermediaries.

Projects:

Workstream lead in relation to all CBI commissioned Risk Mitigation Programme Review projects.
Experience undertaking Regulatory Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence of UK, Cayman, Ireland (Dublin) and Luxembourg based UCITS/AIFMs (Super Management Companies), in M&As.
Experience undertaking Regulatory Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence of Trusts and Corporate Services providers and investment intermediaries in anticipation of mergers or acquisitions by private equity firms.
