The team conducted a legal review of Peninsula Television's documentaries: Murdered: The Baby of the Beach, Murderous Scissor Sisters, Murder at the Motel and British Hotel Murders. FOD was engaged by Disney to advise on a 10-part documentary series entitled Say Nothing broadcast in November 2024. Advised journalists in the high profile case of Cornec v Morrice in successfully maintaining the protection of journalistic sources where testimony is sought by a request for foreign judicial assistance. This case confirmed the special status of journalistic privilege in Ireland. Two thirds of all non-fiction books for sale in Ireland are legally reviewed prior to publication by Partner, Kieran Kelly.
