Career:

Vincent is one of our longest-serving partners, having joined EY straight from school in the 1980s. After qualification Vincent took part in a two-year residency in EY Chicago's FS practice as part of the beginnings of the Irish firm's FS strategy, and also gained a qualification in Irish financial services law.

Over the years he has led the firm's services to some of our largest listed clients. He is currently assurance Professional Practice Director, and past roles have included Country Independence Leader and assurance operations lead.

Vincent has provided services to the funds industry for over 30 years, specialising in structuring services to hedge funds, securitisation vehicles and non-retail banks and compliance with regulatory provisions.

Qualifications:

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland; Diploma in Financial Services Law
