Marie-Claire is a Partner in the newly established and ambitious Financial Services People Consulting practice. In her role she supports Financial Service Organisations to succeed in reaching their goals and outcomes.

With over 15 years’ experience in consulting, Marie-Claire has worked across diverse portfolios. She has delivered large scale transformation programmes as well as bespoke advisory pieces across the Financial Services, Energy and Public sectors.

In her early career Marie-Claire worked in the Learning and Development space; something she remains passionate about today. Herein she thrived in collaborating across teams, engaging stakeholders, and capitalising on market gaps.

Marie-Claire aims to build an effective and inclusive leadership team that inspires, connects, and holds accountable a thriving staff base. Marie-Claire works with our teams to ensure an exceptional client experience, built on deep sectorial knowledge.

Qualifications:

Marie-Claire holds a Post-Graduate degree in Journalism and Media Communications from Griffith College Dublin, and a BA in History and Greek & Roman Civilisation from UCD.
