Marie-Claire is a Partner in the Financial Services People Consulting practice, which empowers clients to define, implement, and sustain their people agenda. In her role, she supports Financial Services organisations in achieving their strategic goals and outcomes, collaborating across key sectors such as Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset Management, and FinTech, and helping organisations navigate change and build long-term resilience.

With over 20 years of consulting experience, Marie-Claire has worked across diverse portfolios, delivering large-scale transformation programmes as well as bespoke advisory engagements across the Financial Services, Energy, and Public sectors. Marie-Claire leads a team that applies deep understanding and experience in organisational design, stakeholder management, and cultural transformation to focus on enhancing talent strategies, communication approaches, and leadership development, driving sustainable impact.

Earlier in her career, Marie-Claire specialised in Learning and Development – an area she remains passionate about today. She thrives in collaborating across teams, engaging stakeholders, and identifying market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Marie-Claire holds a Post-Graduate degree in Journalism and Media Communications from Griffith College Dublin, and a BA in History and Greek & Roman Civilisation from UCD.
