Grace O’Connor is a Partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team. She advises on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the establishment and management of all types of investment funds.

Grace has over 25 years’ experience in structuring, establishing and advising on the management of Irish regulated investment funds. She advises both national and international fund promoters/asset managers, investment funds and management companies and their service providers on a wide range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Her experience includes working for two years in the Funds Listing Department of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin.

Advising on the establishment of a number of Irish UCITS and alternative investment funds (AIFs) with varying strategies, including Article 8 and 9 funds

Advising on the re-classification of Article 8/9 funds

Advising on the re-structuring of large umbrella UCITS product ranges, including cross-border and domestic mergers
