Brian trained at Dillon Eustace and re-joined the firm in 2006 from another Irish firm as a partner in the Financial Services Department. Brian advises leading international financial institutions and asset managers on carrying on business in Ireland. In particular he advises upon the structuring, establishment and operation of all types of funds including UCITS (such as ETFs, master-feeder, index tracking and money market funds), alternative investment funds (such as property, absolute return and private equity) and investment business firms. Brian works with local counsel for the distribution of Irish funds throughout Europe and Asia. Brian has also worked and advised on the acquisition and merger of regulated entities.
