Ciara leads the life and pensions sector propositions and has more than 25 years of experience across the direct, reinsurance and consulting sectors. Ciara has worked across product development, pricing, reserving, risk management, regulation and compliance. Recent advisory projects include Head of Actuarial Function (HoAF) roles, Domestic Actuarial Regime peer reviews, Independent Actuary roles, MCEV / IFRS, Solvency II and large-scale finance transformation projects.
