Feargal Brennan has been Managing Partner of ByrneWallace LLP since 2018. In this role, Feargal manages the legal needs of many of the firm’s key clients ensuring they receive a seamless service delivery.

A senior corporate law partner, Feargal is also currently Head of the firm’s Corporate department.

Feargal has over 25 years' experience advising leading Irish and international businesses across a wide range of corporate matters and has particular expertise advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
