Sin?ad O'Connor is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Sin?ad's main practice areas are structured finance, securitisations and capital markets. Sin?ad has acted for banks, originators, private investors and corporate entities (both International and Irish) across a wide range of banking, securitisation, financial markets transactions and regulatory capital issuances. She has broad experience in a range of asset classes including RMBS, CMBS, ETC's, trade receivables, consumer loans and auto loans and leases.
