Peter is Chief Executive Officer of SMBC Aviation Capital, a position he has held since 2004. Barrett has been active in aircraft leasing and finance for over 25 years, initially working for Guinness Peat Aviation (GPA) where he specialised in aircraft cross border tax leasing and securitisations. Peter holds a B.Eng from University College Cork (UCC).
