Harley Murphy

Harley Murphy has responsibility for Mellon’s offshore fund administration and trustee businesses. He joined Mellon in August 2000 as Managing Director of Mellon Fund Administration (Dublin) Ltd. In February 2003 he moved to the UK to head up the Investor Services business in Edinburgh, part of Mellon European Funds Services. In April 2004, following a three month secondment with Mellon Global Investments in Melbourne Australia, Harley was appointed Regional Head Scotland for Mellon European Fund Services, based in Edinburgh. In July 2006, Harley returned to Dublin to take-up the newly created position of Country Manager for Mellon in Ireland.

Prior to joining Mellon, Harley was a Senior Vice President in the International Division of ABN AMRO Bank NV, based in Amsterdam. Having joined ABN AMRO in Dublin he worked for 12 years as an expatriate working in the Far East and Continental Europe. Harley is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and holds a Masters in Organisational Studies from the Smurfit Business School of University College Ireland.
