Stephen O'Donnell

Senior Vice President
Maples Finance
Stephen rejoined Maples Finance in their Dublin office in 2006 from Deutsche Bank in the Netherlands where he was the Business Manager responsible for the Capital Markets book for the last two years. Prior to this he worked with Maples Finance in Cayman from July 2000 as a Vice President managing a portfolio of Capital Markets and Asset Finance clients with particular emphasis on Securitisation, Structured Note Programmes, and Repackagings. Stephen has extensive experience in a wide range of structured finance transactions including CDOs (both cash and synthetic), MTN and CP Programmes, Securitisations, and various multi-jurisdictional bespoke financial solutions. Education - Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having qualified as an Accounting Technician (Distinction) in 1993.
