  • Asset based lending – advising lenders and corporate borrowers on all aspects of asset finance transactions from deal origination, restructuring and insolvency, in respect of all asset classes, including receivables, inventory, plant and machinery and property
  • Trade finance – advising lenders and corporate borrowers on trade finance arrangements to include mixed facility and security arrangements featuring invoice discounting or factoring as part of overall trade finance
  • Commercial real estate and development finance – advising lenders and corporate borrowers on the development or acquisition of real estate assets
  • Loan sales projects – advising vendors and purchasers on loan sale projects (including due diligence on underlying loans and security)
