Paddy is a leading financial services tax advisor specialising in tax efficient structuring and operation of Irish investment funds, asset management companies, private equity, proprietary traders, structured finance and securitisation vehicles (Section 110 Companies). He blends his tax technical knowledge with astute commercial awareness and a focus on tax risk management. Paddy has over 20 years experience in the financial services tax field. Paddy also acts as an independent fund and SPV director and is approved by the Central Bank of Ireland (currently holding Pre-Approved Control Functions (PCF) 2B and 3).

He also provides on-going tax compliance and operational tax services (Corporation Tax, VAT, IUT, PAYE, DWT) for domestic AIFMs, asset managers, financial traders and Irish investment funds (AIFs and UCITS). His clients include some of the leading global asset managers, other professional services firms (to whom he acts as an external subject matter expert), financial traders and numerous Irish fund strictures and their directors.
