Adrian advises on all aspects of banking and finance matters, including corporate borrowing, structured finance and debt capital markets. In the area of corporate debt, Adrian acts for borrowers and lenders on corporate restructuring.

In the area of corporate debt, Adrian acts for borrowers and lenders on investment grade and leveraged finance transactions, as well as corporate debt restructuring.

Structured finance and debt capital markets experience includes domestic and cross-border RMBS and CMBS transactions, repackaging deals, statutory and structured covered bonds and non-financial corporate note programmes.

He is a consultant to the committee of the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers (IACT).
