Mark became a partner at Mazars in 2004. Specialising in primarily audit and assurance services to banking and insurance firms, he led Mazars financial services team in Ireland for over a decade. He became the lead partner of the audit division in 2008 and managing partner in 2013. He is a practicing auditor and continues to work with significant clients in Ireland. Throughout his career, he has performed a wide range of auditing, accounting, and governance work for various domestic and international clients.
Mark is a member of the Mazars Global Leadership Team and Chairs our International Business Development Group.
Mark joined the Executive Board of the Mazars in the UK firm in 2021, taking responsibility for developing the industry and services sectors, offering particularly in the large and listed segment of the market. Mark was elected to the Group Executive Board of Mazars in December 2020.
Mark is co-author of 'The National Asset Management Agency Act 2009, A Reference Guide', a comprehensive study of the legislation establishing NAMA, the Irish Asset Management Agency.
