Mair?ad is a partner with specific responsibility for Outsourcing and Financial Management Services in Mazars. Her professional experience spans audit, business advisory and outsourced accounting, payroll and financial management services to both the public and private sector, from multi-national companies to small, medium enterprises. She has extensive experience across a range of sectors including distribution, retail, medical devices, pharma, foreign direct investment, SME and not-for-profit.
Mair?ad acts as a mentor to many indigenous enterprises for the management and development of their businesses. Her work includes improving company profitability and advising on the future growth of the business. She also works closely with the Small Firms Association in providing a support service to its executive.
Mair?ad is a non-executive director of Skillnet Ireland and represents the interest of the Small Firms Association on the Skillnet Ireland Board. Mairead also leads the CSR strategy at Mazars.
Mair?ad lectures and writes extensively on topics such as corporate governance, the fundamentals of management and internal control procedures.

In September 2019, Mair?ad received Skillnet Ireland's award for outstanding contributions at their 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner Celebration.
In January 2020, Mair?ad won the Services to Accounting & Finance category at the second Irish Women's Awards 2020. These Awards honour the talent and hard work of female professionals and entrepreneurs across the region. It celebrates the achievements of women entrepreneurs, businesswomen, professionals, civil servants, charity workers and others that make Ireland a great and more equal place to live and work.
