Her areas of expertise include financial service sector culture review/ audit, gender pay gap reporting, conduct audit/ reviews, regulatory investigations, SME lending, organisational change, IT audit and security.

Career:

Dera has been a partner since 2006 and is a qualified chartered accountant, certified management consultant and IT auditor and has worked for Forvis Mazars in Ireland, the UK, the USA, France and Eastern Europe.
