JTC's Service Offering in Ireland

In 2020, JTC established its presence in Ireland by opening an office in Dublin, offering a wide range of corporate services to a diverse corporate client base.

Our corporate services team in Ireland specialise in structured finance, securitisation and aircraft leasing.

JTC are well-placed to assist transaction parties, including banks, private equity and other investors to set up and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) involved in structured finance and capital markets transactions.

Our Aviation Services offering to aviation lessors, banks and other investors includes SPV, Fund and Trust set-up and ongoing administration.

In addition to our corporate services offering, we also provide AIFM services, through Ballybunion Capital, and Depositary services, through INDOS Financial (Ireland) Limited. Both are JTC Group companies following recent acquisitions of the firms in 2021.

In 2022, JTC expanded the services it offers from Ireland through the establishment of JTC Fund Solutions (Ireland) Limited, a new fund administration business led Graham Kennedy and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland.
