These include securitisations of various asset classes, repackaging, asset-backed commercial paper and collateralised debt obligations (CDOs), and loan participation note (LPN) structures. We specialise in the establishment and management of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and programmes used as holding or financing structures of various asset classes in capital market transactions. We have particular expertise in managing aircraft leasing transactions and regularly provide directors for aircraft leasing companies entering the Irish market. |
