Walter is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department. His principal area of practice is commercial law. On the commercial side, he advises semi-state bodies, multi-national companies and domestic companies. Walter advises on all areas of commercial law including commercial corporate, intellectual property law and employment law.

Headed the firm’s team in relation to the roll out of supermarkets throughout Ireland for an international chain.
Acted in a number high profile acquisitions and sales of hotel companies.
Acted in a number of high profile and successful judicial review proceedings.
