Rebecca is a Partner in the Real Estate team of Flynn O'Driscoll LLP. Rebecca advises on all aspects of commercial real estate including land acquisition, development and commercial landlord and tenant. She has a strong focus on commercial letting transactions advising both landlords and tenants. Rebecca has extensive experience in real estate transactions in the jurisdictions of both England and Ireland. Rebecca trained and worked for over 10 years at DLA Piper, England and was a partner at Vincent Beatty LLP, Dublin before joining Fynn O'Driscoll as Partner.

Career:

Advising a supermarket on all aspect of their Irish property interests including their acquisition and development of new sites, their leasehold acquisitions and disposals of surplus lands.
Advises various multi-unit retailers on all aspects of their commercial property requirements in Ireland.
Advised the landlord on the grant of retail lease on Grafton Street.
Advised Ray-Ban on their flagship store on Grafton Street.
Provided due diligence advice and concluded the assignments of 17 Irish KFC units.
Advises landlord on all property aspects of a retail park in Dublin 22.
