Career:

Lisa Kealy leads EY's Wealth and Asset Management practice in Ireland and serves on the Irish Financial Services Board. She is also a member of EY's Global Wealth and Asset Management Leadership Committee. In addition, Lisa acts as EY's Asset Management ETF Leader for EMEIA and Chairs EY’s Global ETF Committee.

Lisa is widely recognised for her leadership in the ETF and funds ecosystem. She was named in ETF Stream’s European Industry Top 30 and received a special commendation as Accountancy Leader of the Year at the Women in Finance Ireland Awards. She was subsequently appointed to their judging panel and was also awarded Inspirational Role Model of the Year at EY's European International Awards.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences across Europe and Asia, Lisa regularly contributes to leading financial services publications. She is an Assurance Partner in EY Financial Services with over 25 years’ experience advising clients across audit, regulatory, accounting, market, and operational matters. She has led and delivered engagements for major global clients including BlackRock, UBS, Legal & General and BNY.

Qualifications:

Lisa holds a First Class Honours degree in Pure Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland with a practising certificate.

Memberships:

Lisa previously served as Chair and Board Member of the Irish Funds Council. She currently contributes to EFAMA’s ETF Working Group and is a Committee Member of the Irish Chapter of 100 Women in Finance and Women in ETFs.
