Career:

James Maher is a Partner in EY's Financial Services Organisation, having joined the European Actuarial Services practice in September 2010. He is head of both Insurance and Actuarial Services for Financial Services in Ireland. James has over 20 years' experience in reinsurance, delivering innovative risk solutions to clients throughout Europe and beyond.

James is a seasoned insurance professional leading our insurance practice in Ireland. James specialises in strategically motivated initiatives for our clients responding to regulatory change, commercial pressures and the changing landscape for insurance. As a risk and actuarial professional James takes a leading role with our reinsurance clients and key global reinsurance accounts.

Qualifications:
